Optimisation of service and maintenance processes

Our project managers define the use cases according to your specifications so that they correspond to your individual processes. In the process, the standard cases are parameterised until the tailor-made solution for you is created. In this phase, we integrate our standard solutions into the existing interfaces of your leading systems. These are often SAP CS, SAP PM, SAP CRM or S/4HANA – but also systems such as Microsoft Dynamics ERP, salesforce or proprietary applications.

Integration of the mobileX solutions

We use two integration paths: natively in SAP via our certified SAP Add-Ons or via web services. Companies benefit from our many years of experience with projects in the SAP environment, which make up 80 percent of the mobileX customer base.

The integration of mobileX products in SAP S/4HANA Service and SAP S/4HANA Asset Management (Maintenance) On-Premise is carried out via the mobileX-S/4 HANA Add-On. In addition to operating the mobileX solutions with S/4 HANA On-Premise, mobileX also enables rapid integration with SAP S/4HANA Service and SAP S/4HANA Asset Management in the cloud with proven best practices.

In this way, mobileX offers SAP customers future-proof and investment-proof solutions for their service and maintenance processes in the long term. For existing customers who are already using mobileX-Dispatch, mobileX-MIP for Field Service and mobileX-CrossMIP with SAP ERP, the migration to S/4HANA is particularly easy thanks to the use of the mobileX-S/4 HANA AddOn.

In addition, integration of the mobileX products in C/4HANA is also possible via web services.We also cooperate with partners when it comes to creating new interfaces for new processes.
