You can use our Field Service Management-Software on premise or as a cloud service.
If you decide to use our software as a SaaS, you will receive the same proven functionality as on premise, but without operating the solution on site. Like this you can start quicker and grow more flexibly according to your needs. Learn more about our Cloud offering.
Administration und monitoring
Operating a mobile field service management solution for thousands of users worldwide requires professional administration and monitoring tools.
The mobileX-Admin Portal provides extensive functions for this purpose. It represents the starting point for all functions of system administration and monitoring. Here, the administrator can create and maintain his users, provide updates, maintain configuration options, as well as identify and remedy problems directly or via the monitoring interface. A dashboard provides a simple overview of the system status and quick access to various troubleshooting functions.
The mobileX systems can be integrated into all common system monitoring solutions. For this, mobileX provides its own status servlets, for example to to monitor with systems like Nagios / Icinga or other solutions. Potential problems can be identified in an automated way and early on.
Support of our solutions
After the roll-out of the project our qualified support team will assist you in all issues related to field service management. Our multi-level-support guarantees clear processes and short response times via our ticket tool, our hotline or via e-mail.
From first-level-support for the dispatcher or field service staff to second-level-support for your administrator to third-level-support by our developers we guarantee a quick and professional solution of tickets.
Via the administration portal of our field service management solution your administrators manage the users of mobileX-Dispatch and mobileX-MIP. The administration portal also monitors the running systems.
Our respective project managers remain your contact persons for the development of the running solutions as well as for migrations.
