You can use our Field Service Management-Software on premise or as a cloud service.
If you decide to use our software as a SaaS, you will receive the same proven functionality as on premise, but without operating the solution on site. Like this you can start quicker and grow more flexibly according to your needs.
Thanks to our proven and certified interface concept we are able to set up the mobileX-ServiceCloud in a very short time: A test installation for SAP ERP (CS/PM) for example can be delivered within a couple of days due to our certified mobileX-SAP Add-On. Of course we can also integrate other ERP systems auch as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, NAV or Axapta via standardized Web Services. Your service data remain within your ERP system - inspite of the cloud.
If you decide upon the mobileX-ServiceCloud, mobileX AG takes care of the installation, the operations and support of the solutions. Billing is done on a montly subscription model by number of users. Like this you know exactly which costs will amount for your resource planning as well as for your mobile solution. You do not have to invest in the acquisition of licenses, server infrastructure, updates, operations and support. This cost transparency facilitates controlling, as costs per user and month can be directly compared to cost savings per user and month.
Easy integration of service providers
On top of that, the cloud model allows a quick and easy integration of external service providers into the service process of your business. For this each external partner gets an autonomous mandate in the same system without much configuration or customizing. This also makes it much easier to change service providers.

The mobileX-ServiceCloud is operated in a data centre in Munich, which is certified according to ISO 27001. A continuous data backup, power supply and UPS systems as well as strict access controls and video surveillance provide for maximum security aroud the clock. The location of the data centre in Germany guarantees the protection of the service data in the mobileX-ServiceCloud according to German respectively European law.
The mobileX-ServiceCloud offers high to very high availability according to your requirements. The data centre is multiple redundantly connected with different Internet backbones. Like this we can provide a very high reliability of your service data and applications.

After the roll-out of the project our qualified support team will assist you in all issues related to field service management. Our multi-level-support guarantees clear processes and short response times via our ticket tool, our hotline or via e-mail.
From first-level-support for the dispatcher or field service staff to second-level-support for your administrator to third-level-support by our developers we guarantee a quick and professional solution of tickets.
Via the administration portal of our field service management solution your administrators manage the users of mobileX-Dispatch and mobileX-MIP. The administration portal also monitors the running systems.
