Testo industrial services offers manufacturer-independent technical services in the field of calibration, consulting and service for plants and measuring instruments. To optimize the operating procedures in the technical customer service Testo industrial services uses the graphical planning and control tool mobileX-Dispatch.

More than 100 technicians work for Testo at its nine locations throughout Germany. These are controlled from the headquarters in Kirchzarten by ten dispatchers. The order data originates from SAP CS and is provided for the dispatchers in mobileX-Dispatch via the mobileX SAP Add-On.

The graphical planning and control tool mobileX-Dispatch is intended to further increase the efficiency in customer service. In the future, the average reaction time as well as the transparency in planning should be further increased.

With Testo industrial services, mobileX AG counts another company in the field of services, which are provided in the area of mechanical and plant engineering, among its customers. In this sector it is important that the customer service can intervene as quickly as possible in an emergency. With mobileX-Dispatch, the dispatcher always has a full overview of the actual situation and can therefore plan quickly and efficiently.
