

mobileX-Dispatch is a software for simple and clear order planning for maintenance. Dispatchers and maintenance planners use it to digitally assign orders for planned maintenance and commissioning as well as for unplanned repairs to maintenance staff. In doing so, they always keep an eye on the current status of orders and operations via the planning cockpit and can react immediately in the event of equipment or employee failures.
mobileX-Dispatch offers the maintenance planner an overview of all resources, the current planning view and the worklist. He can design his view individually and display the orders as a list, in the calendar or as a Gantt chart. Different types of jobs such as commissioning, repairs and maintenance can be filtered.
The maintenance planner assigns the orders to the maintenance staff manually via drag-and-drop. In the list of suitable maintenance technicians, the maintenance planner sees who has time to perform the order. If a technician is absent due to illness, mobileX-Dispatch either reschedules the order or puts it back into the worklist.
If an order requires special qualifications, only suitable employees are displayed to the maintenance planner in mobileX-Dispatch. The suitability of the maintenance staff can also be displayed in different colors on a graduated basis.
The utilization overview in mobileX-Dispatch shows which maintenance staff are heavily utilized and which still have free capacities. The maintenance planner can define how high the utilization should be by default and when an overload is possible.
With mobileX-Dispatch, maintenance staff can also assign orders without a fixed date to a group of maintenance staff. From this group, a maintainer can then reserve the order or take it over directly. It is also possible to schedule employees from other teams (production/technical service) or external forces.
In addition to manual planning, mobileX-Dispatch also offers semi- or fully automatic planning or pre-planning. Here, the maintenance planner either specifies a certain period or selected orders for optimization. Alternatively, the fully automatic schedules all existing orders.
The real-time overview provides the maintenance planner with transparency across the entire maintenance process in terms of maintenance worker utilization, job status and asset availability.
Digital order planning gives the maintenance planner an overview of capacity utilization and supports him in his capacity planning. mobileX-Dispatch thus ensures optimal utilization and productivity of the maintenance staff.

mobileX-Dispatch can either be integrated natively in SAP through our certified SAP add-on, an MS SQL or Oracle database or via web services in other backend systems. We also cooperate with partners when it comes to creating new interfaces for new processes.
