Testo Industrial Services offers technical services, independent of manufacturer, in the field of calibration, consulting, and service for systems and measurement instruments. To optimise company workflows in technical customer service, Testo Industrial Services plans to implement the mobileX-Dispatch graphical scheduling and management tool.
Testo has over 100 technicians deployed at 9 locations across Germany. These technicians are managed by four dispatchers working from the head office in Kirchzarten. The job data originates from SAP CS and is prepared in mobileX-Dispatch using the mobileX SAP add-on for dispatchers.
The mobileX-Dispatch graphical scheduling and management tool should further increase efficiency in customer service. This should further improve average response times as well as transparency in scheduling in the future.
With Testo Industrial Services, mobileX AG gains a new customer in the area of services that are handled through our mechanical and plant engineering division, among others. In this area it is important for customer service to be able to act as quickly as possible in urgent cases. With mobileX-Dispatch, the dispatcher has a complete overview of the current situation at all times and can schedule quickly and effectively.
The planned go-live date for mobileX-Dispatch is September 2013.
