In the yearly customer survey, mobileX measured satisfaction among 30 regular customers (project managers on the IT and business side) over the past year. These customers gave mobileX a rating of 1.95 based on a school grading scale (1=very good, 6=unsatisfactory).
"We are very proud to have been able to keep the score at a high level despite having added so many new customers and projects. Customer satisfaction is the foundation for shared success," said Hannes Heckner, CEO of mobileX AG.
Technical support is also increasing in importance here. For customers like Deutsche Post Facility Management, mobileX has added first-level support with a service hotline. Now field service employees can always count on expert support.
