In SAP® CRM 7.0, the customer is the main focus. SAP Customer Relationship Management weaves together all customer activities in marketing, sales, and service into a unified, web-based interface. As an integrated work platform, it overcomes department and country boundaries and supplies the necessary conditions for excellent service with high profitability. But there is still some room for improvement in a few areas.
One of these areas is primarily resource planning and management. mobileX-Dispatch has already established itself in this area at many companies in recent years, such as at Alfred Kärcher, Melitta, and Strabag. In collaboration with ORBIS AG, an extension has been added to SAP® CRM 7.0 for mobileX-Dispatch. In addition to MRS and Click Schedule, mobilex-Dispatch provides an alternative for the wide range of small and mid-sized companies.
Now, jobs cannot only be manually assigned via drag and drop, but also semi-automatically and fully automatically. Here the automatic function includes all key aspects needed to enable an optimal sequence. For customer appointment requests, for example, mobileX-Dispatch determines all possible time slots and considers the existing routes, travel distances, skills, and more automatically and in just seconds.
