2011 was the most successful year in the history of mobileX AG. We can look back with great satisfaction on an eventful year. With the move to the new offices on Grillparzerstraße early in the year, office space was nearly doubled. Numerous new employees have joined the team, which means that space is already getting tight again. All departments – from accounting to sales and product development – have added personnel.
The new manpower was also quick to bear fruit, as the customer base grew with the addition of several new customers in the utility, machinery and plant, and medical technology areas. The recent boom in demand can largely be attributed to the standard products mobileX-MIP for Field Service and mobileX-Dispatch, products that have matured over years.
And finally, a whole new product was released, the mobileX release monitor for SAP. Office-based staff can use the tool to view select service reports before final posting and correct them if necessary.
