Efficient planning of the over 60 service technicians across Germany is conducted from the main office in Minden. Here 8 dispatchers work using the graphical mobileX-Dispatch dispatching tool. The same solution is used to schedule and manage dispatchers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and now in France as well. Here the particular subsidiaries are responsible for their own technicians.
Service technicians receive their job data via mobileX-MIP directly on their laptop. They also enter technical confirmations and the service report here, along with all relevant items, such as time and material, as well as consumption and status data on the system. The confirmation is made directly to SAP CS after completion of the service report.
Users in France and Germany send confirmations to the same SAP system so that all data can be evaluated at the main office. Here the data will of course be in the local language. This is separated in SAP using company codes.
In addition to the 50 mobile users currently working in Germany, technicians in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France currently work with mobileX-MIP. Scheduling and management of technicians in France is handled by 3 dispatchers who are responsible only for France.
