Our project managers define the use cases according to your requests so that they comply with your individual processes. For this the standard cases are parameterised to develop your customized solution. In this phase we integrate our standard solutions into the existing interfaces of your leading systems. These are usually SAP CS, SAP PM or SAP CRM – but also other systems such as Microsoft Dynamics ERP or proprietary applications.
For this we use two ways of integration: natively into SAP via our certified SAP Add-On or via Web Services. Companies benefit from our many years of experience with projects in the SAP environment, which make up 80 percent of the mobileX customer base.
The integration of the mobileX products in SAP S/4HANA Service and SAP S/4HANA Asset Management (Maintenance) On-Premise takes place via the mobileX-S/4 HANA AddOn. In addition to operating the mobileX solutions with S/4 HANA On-Premise, mobileX also enables fast integration with SAP S/4HANA Service and SAP S/4HANA Asset Management in the cloud with proven best practices.
Thus, mobileX offers SAP customers solutions for their service and maintenance processes that are secure for the future and investment in the long term.For existing customers who already use mobileX-Dispatch, mobileX-MIP for Field Service and mobileX-CrossMIP with SAP ERP, the migration to S/4HANA is particularly easy by using the mobileX-S/4 HANA AddOn.
In addition, integration of the mobileX products into C/4HANA is also possible via web services.
