Whether it is specific company structures or specific groups, the display can be tailored to the specific needs of each dispatcher.

Automatic job distribution


With mobileX-Dispatch not only jobs can be manually assigned via drag and drop, but also in semi-or fully automatic mode. In fully automatic mode, all critical aspects are considered to create the best possible assignment. Manual intervention is only necessary in exceptional cases.

Using mobileX-Dispatch, field engineers will always be on the shortest possible way. Taking complex object information into account, such as opening and service hours or required qualifications, mobileX-Dispatch will create the best possible routing for every field engineer. The integrated skill matching system ensures that only technicians with necessary skills will be assigned to a service call. This can also be realized by a connection to an HR system (eg SAP® HR or other databases). Even a partial or temporary qualifications can be displayed.

Schedule events


With the module for scheduling events, customers can easily be informed on the availability of a technician. In doing so, your organization would have the greatest flexibility in prioritizing different circumstances, for instance, filtering for soonest possible starting date or for shortest possible detour route for a field engineer.

mobileX-Dispatch supports schedulers with a skill matching. Orders that require certain qualifications may only be taken by appropriately trained staff.

The order pool can be compared to a inbox of a mail programm, here all new orders arrive. Critical incidents are reported through the system messages.
